DeSoba Technologies started as an on-line learning free tutorial with questions and answers session for learner's platform in 2018 at Star International University. This idea was owned by Mr. Santino Deng Achuil who was a University dean of ICT at Star International University (SIU). Deng later observed and adopted this initiative into a dream of this business plan today. The DeSoba Technologies Company is an initiative developed to handle all kinds of real world problems in daily operational tasks of scholars, societies, and businesses to be resolved by Information Technology (IT).
